The Pakistan Educational and Cultural Board (PECB) is a non-profit institution licensed by Dubai's Community Development Authority (CDA). For over six decades, PECB has been dedicated to providing quality, affordable education to the diverse communities of Dubai.
Our Board of Directors serve entirely without remuneration — a pro-bono commitment to community education. PECB was recognised in the Gold Category of the Community Development Authority's Ethraa — Empowerment Program for Non-Profit Organizations (second edition, 17 December 2025).
